How do I place my order?
Select size; the color and quantity you want. Then click "ADD TO CART". Then you enter the delivery information (your address) and finally the payment information.
How to order different variants on the same order?

Select the first variant you want then " ADD TO CART ". Arrived at the stage of the basket, click on "continue your purchase", you will be redirected to the product to select the second variant and so on. Once the desired variants are in the basket, you click on "proceed to checkout" to finalize your purchase.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Due to high order volume, we take 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process all orders. An email with your tracking information will be sent to your inbox when your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination country's custom restrictions (we wish this does not happen). For some countries delivery times may be longer than our stated standard delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Your order will be delivered by your local post office or by a local delivery service. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. In the event that the Consignee is unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service indicating how and where your delivery can be picked up.

How to track my order?
Upon receipt of your shipping confirmation, please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to be activated. This will allow your package to be scanned through the first customs checkpoint.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment by Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

How secure is your site?

Nahonon processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I modify my order?

We work very quickly to process orders to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. You can change your order as much as you want before clicking " complete the order ". After this stage, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order. If you entered the wrong personal information or ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately within the first 12 hours of ordering.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you have changed your mind or made a mistake on your purchases. Our refund policy is available to customers before the payment page.

When will I receive my order confirmation email or tracking number?

Can I return or exchange an item?

What if my package is shown for delivery but I haven't received it yet?

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your postal service first and file a claim with them. Nahonon declines all responsibility for packages that declare to be delivered. We do not reimburse for packages that have been confirmed by the postal services to delivery .

What if I received a defective item?

We are terribly sorry if this happened. We would like to fix the defects immediately. If you would like to exchange the defective item for the same item, email us through our tab Contact us.  

As soon as you discover a defect, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your package) via " contact us " on our website. If 3 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from our distribution centers around the world (Euope, Asia, USA and Australia) depending on the availability of the product purchased.

Why haven't I received my refund (if applicable)?

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.

What should I do if I provided incorrect shipping information?

Please contact us immediately if you find that your shipping information is incorrect.
Note that we cannot allow any changes once your package has been dispatched.

If your package is returned to sender, please note that we will be required to charge you a subsidized reshipping fee of $8 CAD (per item). Be sure to update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as possible.
